Taking the long way to EYP status has been worth it for graduates who are using it to better their leadership roles, finds Karen Faux.
Pre-school deputy head Dawn Rigby is one of the first group to graduate as an Early Years Professional through the long extended professional development pathway, which lasts for 15 months.
