I work in a private day nursery which offers wraparound care to children who attend the adjoining primary school. The school children have been separated from the pre-school childen, as numerous problems arose that affected the care of the pre-school children. The school children are now in a separate room run by myself as an out-of-school and holiday club. I wonder if anybody else has had similar experiences of working with older children in a private nursery and how issues such as behaviour are handled.
