Social enterprise settings unite to seek more funds

Settings offering social enterprise childcare are to join together in a network to push for more funding from the Government.

Delegates from childcare organisations, charities and Government bodies met at the third roundtable event hosted by Westminster Children's Society last week to discuss how providers could receive greater recognition and financial support for the services they provide in addition to daycare, such as employing parents and lowering fees for poorer families.
