Phase 2 Finished A new children's centre in Seaside, Eastbourne, marks the successful completion of Phase 2 of the children's centre programme in East Sussex. At the opening ceremony, parents, carers and children watched lead councillor Rupert Simmons cut the ribbon at Devonshire Children's Centre and were entertained by television character Peppa Pig. Nursery Number 3 Nursery owner Jeanette Burke has opened her third Little People's Day Nursery in Flintshire, North Wales.
