Graduates praise NPQICL

Participants in the National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL) have strongly praised it in an evaluation report.
The NPQICL is the statutory national programme for leaders of multi-agency early years settings. Piloted in September 2004, it now has over 700 graduates. A review of the qualification's impact on children's centres was published last week by the National College of School Leadership, drawing on research by Pen Green Leadership and Hendy Management College.
