Project makes for happy, healthy families

A children's centre team in Crewe is celebrating bringing their community together through a year-long partnership project.
The Year of the Family involved Underwood Children's Centre, the NSPCC, Wulvern Housing, Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council, local health visitors, and Excellence in Crewe staff. A year ago all the partners made a commitment to target the families in the area of St Barnabas with five themes: happy and healthy grown-ups, fun and learning together, happy and healthy little ones, dealing with tantrums and bedtimes, and making St Barnabas a great place to live.
