Teenagers bring young children to book

Ten foundation stage children from a Stockton-on-Tees primary school are enjoying starring roles in books written for them by a group of teenage boys.
Ten pupils from Ian Ramsey Church of England Aided Comprehensive School, also in Stockton-on-Tees, have written, illustrated and produced the books as part of a project aimed at improving their literacy and artistic skills in preparation for their GCSE exams. Each child teamed up with one of the teenagers to produce the book, discussing their likes and dislikes and what sort of story they wanted.
