Chicken curry was on the menu at Safehands Green Start eco nursery in Blackpool when Shanaz Rashid (pictured) volunteered to run 'Curry Club' for the day.
Mrs Rashid, whose family owns a local Indian restaurant and whose three-year-old son Mustafa attends the nursery, said, 'We prepared a mild version from real spices for the children and a hotter one for the staff. The children thought it was wonderful.'
