Expansion of WCS outside Westminster is 105-year first

The Westminster Children's Society (WCS) has opened its first early years settings outside the London borough of Westminster with new children's centres in Camden, north London, and Dagenham, Essex.

The WCS is working in partnership with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and the Fitzrovia Trust, a local community group in Camden. The new openings bring the number of WCS-run nurseries to 15, with two more due to open between May and September this year. The WCS aims to provide affordable community nurseries and education for young children.
