Busy Bees seeks management buy-out?

The founders of Busy Bees, the UK's largest nursery chain, could be poised to buy back part of the business they started 25 years ago after parent company ABC Learning Centres put the childcare voucher business up for sale last week.

On Friday ABC issued a statement confirming that chief executive Eddy Groves had sold nearly his entire stake in the world's biggest childcare company.
