EGGING THEM ON Children at Parkhead Community Nursery in Glasgow joined DJs George Bowie and Des McLean from Radio Clyde to launch an Easter Egg Appeal in the city's East End. The station is aiming to break last year's record haul of 8,000 chocolate eggs, which were given to more than 300 West of Scotland children's groups and charities. The appeal is backed by 17 Asda stores and hundreds of other firms.
