A five-year-old boy wandered into a closed bank that had been left unlocked for 19 hours, reported the Daily Mail. Oliver Pettigrew walked into a rural branch of HSBC through the unsecured front door while his mother and father were busy using the cashpoint outside. He wandered around inside the branch at Easingwold, North Yorkshire, before emerging to say, 'Dad, the bank's open.' HSBC blamed the error on a door catch malfunction.

Dinner ladies are asking for an upgrade, according to the Daily Mail. Following TV chef Jamie Oliver's healthy meals campaign, they are preferring to be called school cooks, school chefs...
