I am a manager of a training company that offers L2, L3 and L4 CCLD.
This qualification is a great way for those not wanting to do a foundation degree to gain a Level 4 for something they probably do day in, day out and will now be recognised for it. The NVQ is just as recognised in the childcare sector as the foundation degree! For those of you thinking about it, just do it.
