School entry: Sharing eases transition

Trouble Free Transition will hold a conference on 8 November to distribute a transition resource pack to the 13 primary schools and their feeder pre-school settings in Burnley, Lancashire, that took part in the project, beginning in September 2006. The schools and pre-school settings shared good practice and worked to create better relationships with local children's centres.
