In Brief: Babies cholesterol test

Babies should have a cholesterol test at 15 months to identify any risk of inherited heart disease, say leading researchers. An analysis of 13 studies by scientists from the London Queen Mary's School of Medicine said that testing at the same time as routine vaccinations could identify most cases of the genetic disorder, familial hypercholesterolaemia.
