In Brief: National Children's Bureau names business development director

The National Children's Bureau has named Roland Earl as its business development director, a new post which will include managing several teams within the strategy, resources and communication division, such as training, conferences, publishing and ICT. Deputy chief executive Sally Whitaker said, 'This post heralds a new direction for NCB and I'm pleased we were able to appoint Roland.'
