In Brief: Professional Nanny of the Year named

The Professional Nanny of the Year has been named by the Professional Association of Nursery Nurses (PANN) as Heidi McFadyen from St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Heidi was presented with the award at the Professional Association of Teachers' annual conference in Harrogate last week. Second place was won by Lorna Powell, from Putney, London, and third place went to Helen Bird of Chippenham, Wiltshire. Prizes were donated by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Morton Michel insurance, Chiltern College, Nannytax, and agency Greycoat Placements.
