Children's centres seek parents' views

Parents from Sunderland are being asked to help develop the city's 12 children's centres by joining a council-funded parents' group to voice local views on what services are needed in the area.
The Citywide Parents Group, which has been running for three years, is aiming to recruit more parents through radio advertisements, leaflets and roadshows. The group encourages parents to get involved so they can influence the planning and delivery of Sunderland City Council's early years services.
