It is time that investment and resources were made available to deliver an effective national NVQ programme, says Michael Thompson, managing director of nursery chain Child Base Ihave been a strong advocate of the NVQ programme over the years. My company established its own training and assessment centre several years ago with a view to providing work-based qualifications.
