'More out-of-school clubs for over-11s'

The Kids' Clubs Network (KCN)has called for a massive expansion of out-of-school clubs for older children, from the 300 to 500 that are up and running to around 4,000 - one for every senior school. However, if they are to succeed these clubs need a style and approach which is different to provision for younger children.
