Breaking down gender stereotypes in jobs and careers is the target of the Equal Opportunities Commission campaign 'What's stopping you?' launched last week in Wales. A resource pack has been prepared for teachers and career advisors as a tool to challenge conventional job directions. EOC Wales director Kate Bennett said, 'Employers are keen to see the Welsh National Assembly and the EOC take a lead in tackling this issue.
