(Photograph) - Salma Khan, a nursery nurse at Kids Unlimited in Hulme, Manchester, last week won the group's Lynda Ellis award for an NVQ trainee who has overcome difficult circumstances, after completing her NVQ 3 in childcare and education in just eight months.
