I agree with the findings of the Professional Association of Nursery Nurses (PANN) survey that we nursery nurses are undervalued in the workplace (News, 19 April). Our salaries alone reflect this, especially since we are teaching during the literacy and numeracy hours, but are not treated as professionals in our own right.
