Good teachers welcome a team

I have a degree and am studying for a second degree in early years education, which I am funding myself. On the course are several teachers studying for the same degree who are being funded by the local authority. Unfortunately there is no funding available for classroom assistants or nursery nurses. I am a qualified NNEB and work alongside a nursery teacher covering four rural nursery schools in a week.
