Reader Sarah Barrett, who has been a head teacher and nursery operator, has warned us about the second answer in our 'Safety First' quiz in the July issue of Professional Nanny. She says that if a baby has a fit continuing for more than four minutes you should call an ambulance because there is a risk of brain damage - don't just wait for the fit to resolve of its own accord.
