Survey of children in regulated services

Children in regulated services including care homes, fostering agencies and residential special schools in England are to be asked about their experiences in a national consultation programme conducted by the children's rights director of the National Care Standards Commission (NCSC). Dr Roger Morgan and the NCSC's children's rights team will visit a random selection of regulated establishments across England asking children of all ages and backgrounds about welfare support, health and education.
