A selection of courses that celebrate cultural diversity and promote inclusivity and anti-discriminatory practice in early years settings The Aswan Learning Centre in Croydon, Surrey, runs workshops to enable childcare practitioners to gain an understanding and awareness of the importance of promoting equality and inclusion in their settings.
