(Photograph) - It was tea for two when York city council's health and safety enforcement team won a national award from the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authority Committee for promoting health and safety in childcare settings. Team member Dawn Webster (right) celebrated with Smartypants nursery owner Jane Barker, who said, 'Having guidelines on food safety in the nursery has been invaluable.'
