Nursery World,
16 May 2002
Anyone wishing to complain about Ofsted's Early Years Directorate can find out how in a new leaflet, Building Better Childcare: How to complain about the conduct of Ofsted's early years staff. The leaflet promises, 'We will deal fully and fairly with all types of complaint and provide an appropriate response.' Complaints will be accepted from applicants for registration, registered providers, parents and carers, but they must be made within six months of the incident. The leaflet is available from Ofsted Publications Centre on 07002 637833 or in the 'What's new' section on its website at www.ofsted.gov.uk
