Why is everybody moaning about their pay so much? I have been working in the same pre-school for the past 11 years, and when I started I was getting £5 a morning. Now I get £16.80 a morning - the minimum wage. I am trained to NNEB standard and have done other training besides throughout the 11 years, even though I knew what low pay I was going to get and that the money was never going to be there.
