Let us install our webcam, says nursery

A Dundee nursery has accused the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care of 'dragging its feet' by not allowing it to install a webcam so that parents can log on to the Internet and view their children while they are at work. The Commission said it would not be rushed into a decision and that use of a webcam may breach the European Convention on Human Rights, the United Nations convention on the rights of the child and possibly data protection legislation.
