(Photograph) - Every baby born this month in England will be given a bib bearing the slogan, 'If you smoke, I smoke', as part of a Government drive to highlight the dangers of passive smoking. The bibs are being backed up by a television advertising campaign showing babies with cigarette smoke coming out of their mouths. Chief medical officer Sir Liam Donaldson said, 'Other people's cigarette smoke is a worry for children and parents are concerned about their children's health.
