With just days to go until the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act takes effect on 1 September, all education providers must make adjustments to prevent children with special needs being put at a disadvantage. Sarah Rimmington, legal caseworker for the RNID, the UK's largest charity for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, advised providers not to panic.
