(Photograph) - Chief secretary to the Treasury Paul Boateng took a break from the Labour Party conference to join children for a picnic on Brighton beach, organised by the campaign End Child Poverty. Children told the Treasury minister what life is like below the poverty line and put their questions about Government action to him.
