Bedford saw two state-of-the-art children's centres open in September. The Peter Pan Children's Centre and Cherry Trees Children's Centre each have 34 places and offer antenatal care, toddler groups, benefits advice and family support services. The £1m project had funding from SureStart and Bedfordshire County Council.
