Welcome changes

From an early age, I was sure about wanting to work with families and children. I gained my qualification in 1968 (any fellow students out there, do get in touch!) and still gain immense satisfaction from my work. There are many changes to come in the way that services are provided. From the current debate on increasing provision, it strikes me that partnership working has to be the way to achieve this, albeit needing strength of commitment at the top to do this.
