Money and getting rich are the priorities for today's under-tens, a nationwide survey has found. An online questionnaire carried out in co-operation with schools by Luton First, a promotional consortium that sponsors National Kids' Day, also found that children's perceptions of wealth vary greatly, with some believing that £460 would make them rich and others quoting figures of up to £200m. In the 2,500 responses to the survey, fame, football, pop music and animals came after money as children's other priorities.
