Norfolk County Council approves plans for Phase 2 of its children's centre programme

Norfolk County Council has approved plans for Phase 2 of its children's centre programme to create 26 new centres across the county by March 2008. Seven children's centres are already operating in Norfolk. A further three are due to open later this year in Gaywood, Poppyland and Thetford.
