Enforcement action to safeguard the welfare of children at a London nursery has been taken by Ofsted, after inspectors found it to be unsafe and unhygienic. Leapfrog Day Nursery in Mill Hill, part of Nord Anglia, the UK's largest nursery chain, was issued with a notice of compliance to improve practice in February.
