Almost two out of three nurses at the Royal College of Nursing's annual conference last week voted against a ban on smacking children, reported the Times. Actress Renee Zellweger attended the unveiling of a statue honouring Beatrix Potter in the Lake District, where she is currently filming a biopic of the children's author. The statue is 15ft tall and shows three children with Jemima Puddleduck, said the BBC.
