Guidance for local authoritieson the production and review of the Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) has been released by the DfES, as the amendment regulations of the CYPP are set to come into force on 17 February. This updated guidance is intended as an aid to officers with responsibility for their authority's annual review of their CYPP, and builds on research and the experience of the first CYPPs.
