National College for School Leadership

A multi-agency trainingscheme designed to help partnership working in extended schools is being launched by the National College for School Leadership, following a successful pilot. The course focuses on local initiatives and conditions and involves six days' team training over six months. It is open to any multi-disciplinary team consisting of one school and at least three other agencies, such as childcare, health, social services and the police. For details contact ncsl.org.uk.
