Sainsbury to sell Sushi

Fast food moved upmarket at Sainsbury’s with the launch today of the  supermarket chain’s first sushi bar. Chefs working in store will prepare the raw fish nibbles for the company’s  first sushi conveyor belt. The venture, in collaboration with the YO! Sushi chain of sushi bars, was  being launched at the chain’s new flagship store in Cromwell Road, west London. The company plans to roll the unique concept out to more stores later this  year.
