Resources Sand, powder paint (red or green works wells), water, a small bucket, trays Step by step * Carefully mix the sand, powder paint and a small amount of water together in a small bucket untill the sand is evenly coloured. * Transfer the sand mixture into the trays to dry. * When dry, it will need sieving to separate the particles. * Spread a thin layer of the coloured sand mixture in the trays. * The children can then draw...
