A website going online on 29 April aims to help the families of pre-school-age children who have cerebral palsy. Susan Clow, project manager of the early years website launched by the charity Scope, said, 'It will be an invaluable interactive tool. It will inform professionals, empower parents and children and will enable Scope to pick up on issues that are important to families we work with.' It can be found as part of Scope's main website, on www.scope.org.uk/earlyyears.
