Ask yourself: What is your attitude to gender?

By adopting flexible views and setting a good example, we as practitioners can make children feel positive about their sex and instill in them a sense of pride that is not dependent on putting the other sex down. To achieve this, we need to first consider how our own backgrounds and circumstances affect our awareness of gender. Ask yourselves these questions as individuals first, then discuss your answers as a team.
