A Scottish mother has designed a new bedding system to help guard against cot death. Adrienne Nicol invented the bedding, called Tuck-em-up, after her first child was born. It is designed to stop babies from becoming tangled in loose sheets or blankets and ensure they remain in the 'feet to foot' position recommended by childcare experts. The product is to be stocked at 130 Mothercare stores nationwide. Ms Nicol said, 'It will be an incredible feeling to walk into the UK's largest babycare retailer and see shelves filled with Tuck-em-up - and to think that it was my idea.'
