Active Learning, an aspiring nursery chain, has paid over £1.5 million to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for a detached two-storey Regency property. The Grove House site in Bagley's Lane is a former NSPCC day nursery and will undergo extensive refurbishment. Having recently obtained £10m expansion funding from the William Pears Group, Active Learning aims to open ten nurseries in the next five years.
