Twenty-six members of the Kinder Group's 'Five-year Staff Club', who between them have 226 years of service to the Maidstone-based nursery chain, celebrated with a supper and a visit to a performance of the musical 'Fame!' at Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre. The nursery chain, which has eight nurseries and five out-of-school clubs in Kent, said it put its high level of staff retention down to the fact that the average age of its staff is 30 and the settings' 'rewarding, family atmosphere'.
