Support staff will vote with feet too

I think that both the National Union of Teachers and the GMB union are working towards the same goal, but from different angles -they want the best for both children and staff (News, 30 January). But the problem lies in that they both stand on the edge of a void that the Government has failed to fill with concrete proposals or funding.
